Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

...... sunday was the first night off since february 15th. A MUCH NEEDED BREAK! we are getting ready to enter spring vegetable season. Time to cook light and get the subtle flavors working. butter budget goes down, and the virgin olive oil budget soars. see you soon

I think it would be a great idea to keep a log online of all of your menus. I would love to flip/click through and see what your menus were in past days and weeks. I am sure everyone else would be as well.

You are making art, make a record of it in writing, not just in the memories of tastebuds.

Wow - not even sure how to address the gentleman who has created such delights for my tastebuds - chef Hardesty? Regardless, I wanted to thank you - I've only had the opportunity to enjoy your establishment one time, but you brought to me four dishes (and three wine pairings!) that took me straight back to the first time I had food that was outstanding paired with great wine where the combination of the two were even better.

Thanks also to your staff who informed me that the menu is not absolutely rigid - I can't eat fish. This will hopefully bring me to your doorstep more often.

In closing, I write simply that I hope your business serves you as well as it did me. I will definitely share about my experience!

PS--how did your blog get over-run with Chinese comments? Not that I can read them - had to call in "Babel Fish" software. :o)
